  I've never left a bad review before in my life but I was really disappointed tonight at Chat Thai. I wanted to order a small soup to go but they told me customers cannot order small dishes to go. Okay fine, I sat down and ordered two dishes. I sat and ate for 20 minutes and then when there is still much food left, I ask for a takeaway container. They bring me one but 5 minutes later they take it back and tell me I am not allowed to take my food home because it is "special". So my food has gone to waste. Why? There is no reason. I even offered to pay for the container itself but the staff refused. I work at a Chinese restaurant and we would never allow this. The food, ambience etc was good but the policies need to be rethought.

  This place has an awesome vibe! Super busy, nice ambiance and delicious looking food. Unfortunately my visit was tainted by one Register with one staff member trying to deal with the bottle neck of customers taking away and paying up (maybe get more registers?). Ended up waiting almost 40 mins when I was told 10 by the lady who was definitely losing patience with the situation!

  The food itself was okay, but service was terrible. The cups we received were dirty with some kind of gum residue on the lip, and after standing up we realized there were crumbs on my friends chair that got their pants dirty! I would visit the other locations if you like the food but stay away from this place.

  Great food and flavours and plenty of variety. Very popular place. People lining up and waiting outside to get a table.
