Nice place for yum cha. It is a bit hidden away as you have to enter what looks like a empty building to get to the yum cha place. Don't go too early. Like most yum cha these days in Sydney the crowds pick up a bit later, at around 10-11am-ish. There is a decent selection of dishes and are nicely flavored. The egg-tarts come out nice and hot with crispy puff pastry. Zilver is one of the better Yum Chas in the Sydney area.
